1. Cut the end of the PE pipe flat, without plastic powder or other debris;

2. Install each component of the PE pipe fittings onto the PE pipe fittings in sequence, as shown in the diagram;

3. Tip:

(1) The length of the exposed pipe in the front section of the sealing ring should be between 5-10mm and should not be too long. It can only be adjusted appropriately within the specified range based on the diameter of the PE pipe;

(2) The inclined end of the pressure pad is facing the steel card. If the installation direction is incorrect, it can easily cause the PE pipe fittings to be unable to withstand high pressure;

(3) When installing, remember to tightly grip the steel clip with your hands to keep the sealing ring and pressure pad in place without sliding. Install the pipe inside the PE pipe fitting, otherwise it may cause the pipe to enter the fitting for too long and affect its performance;

4. After installation is completed, tighten with a special wrench.
